Butterfly Reflections ink Blog Hop...

Hello my crafty friends! Happy National Scrapbook Day! Today I have a fun card using some fabulous products from Butterfly Reflections ink!
Here's what I used:
Stamps--My Favorite Things Picture ThisAvery Elle Brushed
Dies--Die-namics Cute Camera 2
Ink--Hero Arts Navy
Heidi Swapp Favorite Things Puffy Stickers
Wink of Stella clear marker
These dies and stamps are seriously cute!!!

I cute out a large heart and then used the dies to cute out a camera, it's pieces, and a heart. Then I put the pieces together and popped up the heart with 3D adhesive.

Using the navy ink I stamped the sentiment onto white paper. Then I added a pink scrap of paper as a border, and doodled around to create a frame.
I glued down the heart, and then used the "splatter" stamps from the Avery Elle set around the card. I added 3D adhesive to the back of the camera and the sentiment and attached it to the front of the card. Next, I added some Wink of Stella to the heart and covered it with glossy accents.
Lastly, I added a couple of the cute asterisk puffy stickers.

Love That Dog layout...

Hi Everyone! Here's a quick lo I put together for Glitter Girls challenge (over at Two Peas). The challenge was to use both ribbon and washi tape. I used MME Follow Your Heart 12 x 12 paper and a 6 x 6 paper pad too. I also added in some SU solid papers, washi tape, white crochet thread, and ribbon from the MME Stella and Rose collection. The title and bones are from the Mickey and Friends Cricut cartridge.

Masculine Card idea...

Today's my day to be the guest designer over at She's a Sassy Lady. If you have a moment please hop on over and leave me a comment. Here's my post:

Hi everyone! This is Kristy from craftin-on-my-door and I want to thank Sheila for allowing my to be her guest designer again today! I look forward to my monthly She's a Sassy Lady posts! I know that Father's Day has come and gone, but I am always looking for a masculine card idea and thought that maybe some of you may be looking too! ;) These would make great "guy birthday" cards too!

The mustache and tie are from the Billionaire cartridge. The mustache was cut at 1.20" and the tie was cut at 8.45". The heart is from the Birthday Cakes cartridge and was cut at 2.00". I used My Mind's Eye paper,  Jillibean Soup letters, and my corner chomper.
I hope these cards inspire you, the next time you need a masculine card idea! Thanks for stopping by today! ♥Kristy

Oh, My Minds Eye.....

So, I am completely in {LOVE} with the Miss Caroline collection by My Minds Eye! A few weeks ago I went to my LSS and picked up some of these gorgeous papers, buttons, brads, and embellishments! I am not usually one for only putting 1 picture on an entire 12 x 12 page, but this memory was worth it! I just love the colors, papers, and how it turned out!
I cut strips of the papers at different widths and lengths in order to show off the beautiful colors and designs. For the pink paper I used one of my Kiwi Lane Designs scallop border templates. I also used some fun little doilies to mimic the background paper. The little flower below was made using two small punches and adding a little brad from this collection.
I wanted to add twine to this layout, but wanted something with a solid color so I used some crochet thread added a button and some cute pins from this collection.
For the title I cut a circle, typed up the words "Starbucks" (using appleberry font) and "with Aunt Christie & Stayzia (using American typewriter font), and ran it through my printer. Then, I used a notebook punch for the top, a strip of pink pattern paper and some Making Memory stickers for the word "First." I also added some doodling and some more brads.
Thanks so much for stopping by today! I hoping to get another layout done using these fabulous papers! ♥Kristy

At the Park lo...

Here's a quick layout I did of Little Stinkerbella, and one of my best friend's kiddos playing at the park. We even ran into another friend and his daughter while we were there! I used some of my favorite Echo Park papers and Kiwi Lane Design templates to put this layout together.
